Some excellent past suggestions which have been or are being incorporated are: 
1) Include tour of your rental properties & make it clearer when they may again be available for rent;
2) Have a password protected information area for clients/customers only; with more specialized information; *in progress*
3)  Explain all of that "other stuff" that is included in a mortgage payment, and help on how to figure it in when you are trying to calculate a loan payment (see Lori's Mortgage Calculator page)
